Information on Returning Goods

When returning goods, please observe the following points:

For safety reasons we can only accept returned goods when the appropriate valve information sheet is attached. This form must be completed in full, signed and stamped with your company's stamp, and included in the return delivery. In addition the return delivery must include the appropriate safety data sheet for the medium last handled by the valve. You will find the form “Valve Information Sheet, Rev_B2013” under following link:

Should the return delivery have come into contact with a hazardous substance or substances, then the product that is to be returned must first be completely dismantled and decontaminated. Decontamination must be attested in writing before the goods can be accepted by our goods-inwards personnel (Valve Information Sheet Rev_B2013). When hazardous media (poisonous, hazardous to the environment, classified as hazardous to water, corrosive, carcinogenic) have been handled, we accept only decontaminated return deliveries.

Please note:

Both the valve information sheet and the safety data sheet for the medium must accompany the delivery note; both these documents and the delivery note must be accessible to our goods-inwards personnel from the outside without first opening the actual package. As a responsible customer, please ensure that return deliveries are appropriately marked, and that all necessary information is clearly visible, accessible from outside the package, and attached to the delivery.

This ensures a safe, trouble-free acceptance procedure. For infringements of these rules, and/or where any doubt arises, we reserve the right to refuse to accept a return delivery.
